Year of 2005 began on all country protest actions of former exempts against so-called « monetisazija privileges ». People has realized on itself all over again it on transport, then on medicines. Ahead - habitation, housing and communal services, formation(education), medicine, etc. And all this the law №122 which has cancelled all privileges and has untied hands for a frank robbery of old men, pensioners, military, learning and other layers of the population.
In the State Duma the main lobbyists of this law were "onlurussi", i.e. fraction of the party in power.
And, somehow to justify the participation in acceptance of this law, they have organized on February, 12 in « the administrative order » mass meetings in protection of the law № 122 and supports of the Government and the President of Russia.
But all underlying reason of carrying out of this action(share) does not match in any way today that background which has developed really in the country. And this action(share) has distinctly shown that humiliating role of a party(set) « Uniform Russia » which she(it) is compelled to continue to play. And to play very dangerously and provocation. As a matter of fact on February, 12 the first attempt to push off by foreheads of former exempts with nou privileged has been undertaken. Grandfathers with grandsons, fathers with sonnes. It already was in 1918. Then all has ended with civil war, the big bloodshed. Last day these actions(shares) there were first incidents when the youth has applied(put) the fists on the senior generation (fight in the underground, Moscow).
Something to me has reminded in actions to " Uniform Russia », in the organized meetings, in style and methods of carrying out, - « orange revolution » in Ukraine. Too power(force) pressure upon an administrative resource, threat by troubles on work for refusal, etc., etc. As on May Day and October holidays during Soviet times, distribution of headers with the slogans, appointed acting. In general, the script срежисирован was professional and is felt by skilled PR managers. Similar, the leader "onlurussi" needed visiting Ukraine during the period there to the elective company. All is taken on arms. Only what, for example, « about моnetisazii privileges » 50 % (and even more) involved to this action(share) had the attitude(relation) to protection of the Law, at least. I have in a kind working youth, people of more mature age, which what privileges and so did not use. And this law him(it) as up to one place. In general, psychological pressure upon a society has been organized. Only in Russia this pressure can cause action of a spring. And in Ukraine, I think, yet all has ended. Slavs by the spring as soon as their brains will start "to thaw", still will show themselves.
Earlier I somehow sympathized with "bears", thought though any to appear definiteness in a policy(politics), less brothel will be in the Duma, more and will faster be accepted good laws in view of promises of a party(set) « Uniform Russia ». And many so thought, to people has simply bothered to rush the sympathies from one party(set) to another. Promises, fine подачки, the tightened(delayed) problems have bothered. Also voted for "(единоросов) onlurussi", as for last hope of the decision of all problems. But we what "pig" they in a consequence will enclose us did not know. As be hurt will strike on all our hopes, problems, on a life. And now has understood finally, that this party(set) of hostages (slaves) at authority. It is possible to tell still "mercenaries" of performance of those or other actions who will be conceived by authority. Though about it predicted political analytics two more years back. Looked as in water.
On the one hand it is a pity to me of those members of this fraction in the State Duma which have gone there really with desire somehow to help people choosing them in deputies. And now all of them appeared in opinion of these people « liars, deceivers, hypocrites ». But on the other hand, why then they were frightened, did not vote for « a vote of no confidence to the government » why have not gone on a call of the conscience? Only two members of this fraction were not frightened to act for mistrust to the present cabinet. The others means, have given in to "zombiing" on the part of the patrons - that is authorities.
Yes, when the party(set) completely gives itself in whose that dependence about democratic character of this party(set) there can not be a speech any more. She(it), as a puppet will carry out all installations what to it(her) will be specified by his(its) "boss" (at "onlurussi" this Government and such "ideologists" as Gref, Kudrin, Zurabs, and some advisers of the President). And the Government will undertake now everything to extinguish these meetings the protest on the part of injured from « the law about монетизации privileges ». Because the budget not rubber, and requirements will proceed. And it is necessary to pay off with duties foreign (115 billion dollars). It too should be given from the Governmental grist (« stabilization fund »). And people constantly prevents them.
And the first action(share), undoubtedly, organized by authorities, in the greater degree has been directed against old men, pensioners, and other categories of former exempts. A position of force, intimidation, - the next stage of work of authority with people. For this purpose they now somehow will cajole all over again powerdepartament (will raise slightly salaries, the symbolical additive will make to pensions), and then their hands will put on knees of everyone who him(it) is objectionable and opposes them. Besides, the party(set) now began to create to itself the organized change from among learning schools, such « Pavlikov Morosovih » our days. Because this age - the most fertile for education of informers. I present, as any grand daughters are written with a denunciation of the grandfather or the pupil on the teacher. In general, « worthy bear cubs » prepare. In the beginning of 90th years former youth leaders of the Soviet authority with Komsomol enthusiasm have started to plunder and privatize (to be exact "прихватизировать", seize up) all national economy. Now former pioneer leaders who have decided to clean all exempts with the same enthusiasm, pensioners, veterans, invalids, military have entered him(it) on change.
It will be the most terrible opposition which can lead to to unpredictable consequences. To conflicts of generations, conflicts in families, to conflicts in layers of a society.
Since 2005 new procedure of purpose(assignment) of governors of regions began. On the one hand it is positive by way of that the road to these posts by miscellaneous criminals is closed. But with another, seeing as today governors stand in a queue on reception to the President that in the humiliating form for to elicit the next term on board region, draw involuntarily for itself a conclusion: the status of the governor will be that earlier. It will be puppets on places in hands of the President. That is the authority becomes stronger even more strong, and freedom (economic, budgetary, social and another) in regions becomes dependent from the Kremlin. At authority the most real opportunity to integrate some regions by an example of the Perm area was now created. That is all autonomous regions, which else have the status of subjects of the Russian Federation, will enter already without this status structure of areas (edges(territories), republics). Therefore at governors of autonomies a choice: Or to go on rules of the Kremlin and to receive the former posts, but already little significant on the influence, or to leave in resignation.
As it will strange seem, but the authority similar aspires to equalizing a standard of living in all regions of the country. To the Kremlin to not like for example, that somewhere the average salary makes more than 20 thousand roubles, and somewhere less than 3 thousand roubles. Therefore all "surpluses" at donors will get in such sizes, what even it is difficult to predict, as it will then be reflected in the population of these regions. Especially it concerns to inhabitants of Far North at whom recently some deputies persistently want to select also these most northern. It is correct, people should live well, well-being of them should be increased in the certain sufficiency. But for this purpose it is necessary to level first of all cost of all services, the prices for the goods, products. And the wages should be adequate to the spent work as it was earlier. Instead of now, when the official wiping trousers in an armchair receives is not commensurable more, than the one who stands up for the machine tool or at an open-hearth furnace, or the one who risking the life protects our Native land.
Yes, authority to strengthen it is necessary, to direct more than the order in manufacture, sphere of services, in culture and social sphere. There should be at people any ideology, that is present in each family is to live well and in a prosperity. We while see, how the Government and the State Duma split our society, carry out(spend) a line of suppression of democracy. The antinational "legislative" certificates(acts) as a splinter drive in a life of simple people, provoking inflammatory processes. Also came in the actions already too far, the anger of people only inflames. And what will be farther?
Therefore it would be desirable, that our guarantor of the Constitution, the President of the country V.Putin, has not given to extend to those cracks, to inflame to a that fire which are done(made) by his(its) subordinates, and has not split the country (as a plate) into fine slices. Even in army sirs Kudrin and Zurabs have made such cracks between military men and military pensioners, between military and civil state employees, between military and other power(force) departments. Too it is possible to tell and about cracks in other branches and layers of a society.
