Support of the declaration have already declared all parties in power of Latvia that is why the project is planned to accept at once in two readings.

The declaration also induces the cabinet to promote returning of the Latvians living in Siberia, and not the Latvians living in Latvia, on " the ethnic native land " if they want it. Besides the requirement will be included in the declaration " эвентуальных indemnifications of Latvia for the insults caused in days of the USSR ".
